Shipping costs and charges

For orders larger than 50 € free shipping.

The following charges for shipping costs and charges apply to our online store.

  • Shipping costs for all of Greece € 3.50.
  • Shipping costs to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, , Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, is 20 € (up to 2kg weight)
  • International shipping costs, is 20 € (up to 2kg weight)
  • Cash on delivery costs 2 €.

Withdrawal / Return of products

Rodopouloskosmima.gr accepts the obligation to return and change products only in the following cases:

  • if a product of the wrong size was shipped
  • if a product was shipped in the wrong color
  • if a product with an obvious defect from the manufacturer of the printable product was shipped

When one of the above reasons is met, the online store undertakes the change of the product and the resending without any financial burden on your part. The consumer is obliged to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day he informed us of his decision to withdraw. The consumer in order to inform the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract may:a) either to use the model withdrawal form set out in section B of the Annex to Law 2251/1994, while a single pan-European withdrawal form is now being created which simplifies the withdrawal procedure in cross-border transactions, b) or to make any other clear statement that present his decision to withdraw from the contract. On the other hand the supplier returns every payment received from the consumer,including delivery costs within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. By way of derogation, the supplier is not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the supplier.

Returns and changes are not accepted in the following cases:

  • You can not request a change in products because you chose the wrong dimension when ordering.
  • You can not request a change in products because you chose the wrong color when ordering.
  • You can not request a product change because you forgot to include something in the information you sent us.

Refund is only possible if the product you ordered is out of stock but due to our omission it still appeared available at the time of your order and you do not want to use an alternative product.

Order cancellations

All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days depending on the shipping method you have chosen. In case you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you should contact us immediately within the next 24 hours from the moment of confirmation of your order.

Delivery deadline

Our store from the day you place your order delivers your order within 2-4 days if the product / products / beings are available. The obligation of the store according to law L.2251 / 1994 is to deliver the order within 30 days at the latest unless there is a different agreement between the customer and the store.
